Directions for skin:

Use a non-metal bowl and mixing utensil when using this product.

For Dry Skin: Mix 1 spoon clay with 1/2 spoon Apple Cider Vinegar and 1/2 spoon filtered water.

For Normal to Oily Skin: Mix 1 spoon clay with 1 spoon Apple Cider Vinegar.

Stir until mixture becomes a smooth paste. Add more clay or liquid as needed to achieve the right consistency.

Apply on face or desired area. For sensitive skin, leave on for 5-10 minutes. For all other skin types, leave on for 15-20 minutes. 

Wash with warm water to remove. Use up to once a week for dry or normal skin. Use 2-3 times a week for oily or very oily skin. Use more often for problem skin.

Directions for hair:

Use a non-metal bowl and mixing utensil when using this product

Mix equal parts clay to Apple Cider Vinegar. Add filtered water and mix to desired consistency. (Adding water is recommended for easier application)

Before application, wet hair. (Applying on dry hair will be hard to remove.)

Apply in small sections and saturate hair. 

Cover with hair cap and apply heat for extra penetration.

After 25 minutes, rinse thoroughly, shampoo and condition.
